Body Conditioning Mon. 9am

Learn the proper exercise techniques to maximize your workout. An easy to follow aerobic workout gets your heart pumping. High or low impact the choice is yours! Strength work, balance training and a stretch are also incorporated into the classes. The routines change regularly so your mind and body are constantly challenged. Bring a mat, water bottle, sneakers and a positive attitude. Age: 18+
