Memberships

The primary purpose of the rack installations is to provide orderly stowage of kayaks, canoes and stand up paddle boards used for accessing the kayak ramp for East Greenwich residents, and if
space permits non-residents, in a location relatively convenient to the water’s edge. The purpose of the kayak rack registration program is to allocate the available stowage locations fairly and to maintain order.
This program is available to Town of East Greenwich residents (18 years of age and older) first and if space is available to non-town residents (18 years of age and older.)
Each rack slot will be assigned a unique number, which will be marked on the rack. Each registered boat must prominently mark the rack slot number assigned to it in the form X-Y where X corresponds to the column (A - F ) and Y corresponds to the row (1-3). The number must be place on the boat(s) so it is visible when standing in front of the rack with your back to the water.
